Before starting his own consulting company in 2007, John worked in the insurance industry as a process engineer and field operations specialist at Travelers. In the first three years of his new business, he worked as the Director of Operations in a multi-location agency focusing on staff sales and service development as well as the overall marketing and operations of the agency. In addition to the hands-on consulting work, John is a featured speaker at sales and service conferences and develops and delivers continuing education (CE) courses as well as CPIA Certification courses for the American Insurance Marketing and Sales Society (AIMS) and the National Alliance Dynamics of Service and CISR courses.
